What We Do
The Ortega Forest Association (OFA) is not a typical homeowners’ association – there are no mandatory association dues/fees associated with membership, nor are there restrictions or covenants regarding your individual properties.
The Association’s main function is to maintain and improve the appearance of the three entrances to Ortega Forest. The introduction of our first website in late 2007, along with our email newsletters, have served to vastly improve communication with residents.
Our team works tirelessly to maintain the landscaping and security at our three entrances, as well as fostering community spirit through informative updates and events.
We are fortunate to live in such a great community, but we must strive to make it better. Your contributions make it all possible!
You Can Help
Every year, we urge each neighbor to make a $75 tax-deductible contribution which is used to beautify and maintain our three entrances.
