How You Can Help
Donate
The Ortega Forest Association (OFA) is not a typical homeowners association – there are no mandatory association dues/fees associated with membership, nor are there restrictions or covenants regarding your individual properties.
To sustain our beautification efforts, our primary fundraising event occurs annually in the fall when we urge each household to make a voluntary contribution of $75.
The Ortega Forest Association is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and thus your contributions are tax-deductible.
We are fortunate to live in such a great community, but we must continually strive to make it better.
Foxy Foliage and Greenthumb Landscaping maintain and refresh the landscaping at all three entrances to keep them looking their best.
Our Flock Safety security cameras at each entrance provide high-quality imaging and cloud-based storage, making it easy to work with law enforcement in keeping our neighborhood safe.
This newly updated OFA website (July, 2026) provides links to useful information about our community
If you have already contributed this year, thank you. If not, we hope you will consider it.
Our heartfelt thanks to all of you who faithfully contribute toward the beautification and maintenance of the entrances to our neighborhood.
If you are a subscriber living outside of Ortega Forest and would like to help defray the cost of our email services, your contribution in any amount would be welcome.
So, while it’s fresh in your mind, please send your check, made payable to Ortega Forest Association, to:
Ken Draper, Treasurer
4729 Wadham Lane
Jacksonville, FL 32210
Or, if you prefer, you can make a secure online contribution today.
